Driver Flees After Hitting Pedestrian In Uptown Dallas

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) -Dallas police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who ran into a pedestrian in Uptown Dallas.

Around 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning, a man tried to cross Lemmon Avenue at McKinney Avenue when he was hit, according to police.

Witnesses said the driver of a white mustang sped away from the scene.

The victim was transported to Baylor Hospital with a broken leg and ribs, but has no life threatening injuries.

Police have yet to release a description of the suspect.
