BAYTOWN (CBSDFW.COM) - An Amber Alert for a believed abducted 16-year-old Texas girl is still in affect, but a male 21-year-old 'person of interest' has been found.

The Amber Alert is for Kirsten Fritch. She's the daughter of Cynthia Morris. Police found the bodies of Morris and her other daughter, 13-year-old daughter Breanna Pavilicek, in their Baytown home on Tuesday. The had both been shot.

Baytown is about 25 miles east of Houston.

Baytown police Lieutenant Steve Dorris says Fritch may be in danger. When the Amber Alert was issued yesterday Dobbs said, "[The] daughter has an acquaintance or a boyfriend by the name of Jesse Dobbs. He's a 21-year-old and we suspect that she's with him. The fact that the [family] vehicle is missing, she's missing and he is no where to be found kind of leads us to really want to talk to him."

Early Wednesday morning officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) confirmed that Dobbs was in custody and the missing 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser had been located, but Fritch is still missing.

Early DPS information about Dobbs only said that they had a "suspect in custody." Officials later said he is in custody to be questioned and has not been arrested.

Kristen Fritch is a white female who stands 5'1" and weighs about 135 pounds. She has green eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information on Fritch's whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the Baytown Police Department at 281-420-6617.
