DPD Searching For Drive-By Shooter Who Opened Fire And Hit 15-Year-Old In The Head
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Two people, including a teenager, were shot outside a home near Fair Park just before 11:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Police say five people had stooped near a home in the 2500 block of 2nd Avenue when they got into some type of verbal argument with two young males --- whose identities aren't known.
When the group of five got into a vehicle and left the location the two suspects followed them.
As the driver of the group turned into a parking lot on Caswell Street, the unknown suspects opened fire -- hitting the vehicle several times.
The injured include a 15-year-old female who was shot in the head and a male who was shot in the leg.
The suspects, who police have released no descriptions of, fled the scene and are being sought by police.
The teenage girl and the male shot during the incident were taken to a local hospital. Their conditions aren't known.
