DISD Teacher Shows Nude Photo To Students

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Administrators at a Dallas middle school sent home a letter to parents explaining that one of the teachers showed a nude photo of herself to her students in class.

It happened Monday at JL Long Middle School.  The letter, signed Principal Danielle Petters, says, "an inappropriate photo was inadvertently shown to students by one of our teachers."

"This was an embarrassing situation for both the teacher and students that is now being handled administratively," the letter continues.

The letter does not explain how the incident happened, and does not identify the teacher or what subjects or grade she teaches. The school district has not specified how or if the teacher will be disciplined.
