Storm Fallout: Disaster In Denton, Sinkhole In Granbury

NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) — From massive sinkholes to tornadoes and floods, North Texas faced another day of disastrous storms Sunday.
In Granbury, a disaster declaration was announced after storm waters opened a large sinkhole in a parking lot off Morgan Street. A lift station, water lines, and sewer lines were damaged:
In Mansfield, vehicles were fully submerged in water:

In Denton County, Lake Lewisville was closed as water rose well past the banks.
Flash floods drenched the DFW area; White Rock Lake Spillway looked more like Whitewater Rapids:
Authorities made dramatic rescues in Krum and Sanger after many were stranded by flash floods after torrential rains Sunday:
