DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant is being sued by his former landlord, according to a filing in Dallas County court Wednesday.

Bryant's previous landlord, Texas State Senator Royce West, is suing Bryant for $100,000 to $200,000. The filing says that the home needs $60,000 worth of repairs.

According to the lawsuit, Bryant was renting a 6,400 square foot, six bedroom home in the gated community of Regents Park in Desoto.

The lawsuit says Bryant refused to accept accountability for his negligent and abusive treatment of West's home while he stayed there from September 2013 to January 2016.
