All Lanes Back Open Following Deadly Crash On I-45 In Ellis County

PALMER, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Both northbound and southbound lanes on I-45 at Jefferson Street in the Ellis County town of Palmer were shut down early Monday morning, Dec. 20, following a deadly crash.
The Ellis County Sheriff's Office confirms at least one person was killed.
There are no details yet as to what led up to the crash.
Both lanes of I-45 were back open by 6:30 a.m.
Palmer is about 34 miles south of Dallas off I-45.
