Dallas Police Searching For Men On ATV Who Shot At Them While Crossing Great Trinity Forest Parkway

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Officers from the Southeast Patrol Division in Dallas are searching for two men who shot in their direction while riding an ATV across Great Trinity Forest Parkway.

The Special Investigations Unit is asking for the public's assistance and is encouraging anyone with information to contact Detective Frank Carcone at 214-671-3619 or via email: frank.carcone@dallascityhall.com (credit: Dallas Police Dept.)

It happened just before 2 a.m. on Sunday morning in the 5300 block of Great Trinity Forest Way.

Police said they noticed the two Latin men while conducting a traffic stop. After shooting at officers, the men fled into Audubon Park.

No officers were injured.
