Dallas Police Identify Suspect In Deadly Shooting

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) -Dallas Police say they have a suspect in a deadly shooting Saturday night.

Police say around 11:10 p.m. a witness to the homicide flagged down a Dallas Independent School District police officer at 1400 S. Hampton Rd. regarding the victim, who had been shot.

The DISD officer called Dallas Police to the scene.

Dallas Police homicide detectives located the original crime scene at 2406 Grafton Ave. and identified the suspect as Jose Matilde Reyes, 25.

The gun shot victim had driven to the other location before being rushed to the hospital where he died.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating the Reyes.
