Dallas PD Arrest Suspect For Death Of Man, Assault Of Woman

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas police arrested 33-year-old Martin Armijo Jr. Friday night for the death of a man at the 700 block of Elwayne Avenue.
According to police, when officers arrived at the location after receiving a call, the victim was dead from multiple injuries.
Police said patrol officers captured Armijo as he fled from the location.
Officers also found a female victim at the location who had been beaten by Armijo according to police.
The female victim and Armijo were transported to Baylor Hospital and were both treated and released according to police.
Police said Armijo was transported to Dallas Police Headquarters following medical treatment and taken to jail.
