Dallas Mavs fans have high hopes as the team tips off the 2024 season
The Mavs spent the day preparing to tip their season off against the San Antonio Spurs and members of the organization were getting Victory Plaza ready to greet fans. The team rolled out that famous blue carpet for fans to walk down on their way into the game.
It was all part of their Season Opener Pregame Party.
Members of the organization have been setting up balloons, signs, and an awning set up for fans to arrive. Many fans were excited to get the season underway and attempt to make a repeat run to the NBA FInals.
"I think it's the best starting three in the whole NBA, personally. Some would argue other people, but I know with Luka and Kyrie's connection and then Klay coming in as a shooter, we can find them all the time. I think it's the best starting five in the whole NBA, personally," said Mavs fan Alex Vila.
