It was the middle of November when Junior Desinor came face to face with the sharks and lived to tell the tale.  In this case it was the sharks on the hit TV show Shark Tank, which can be scarier than their name counterpart in the salty sea.

Junior has created a revolutionary new lockbox for realtors or anyone needing remote access to a home or even vacation property called TOOR.

"I auditioned and an hour later I get a call from one of the producers saying they loved our product, they loved me and they want to move me on to the next round" said creator of the TOOR Lockbox Junior Desinor.

The magic is the connection between the beautifully crafted lockbox on the door and the TOOR app on your smart phone.  You get pre-qualified for security purposes, then you pull up to a house you'd like to see.

"You click 'Find An Agent' and just like Uber you'll see nearby realtors.  You can send them a request and they will meet you at the property.  So that seller gets an agent present, the buyer gets an on-demand showing and the realtor gets a potential lead" Desinor added.

With the click of the "OPEN" button on your TOOR smart phone app the lockbox magically opens and you have access to the key.

His experience on  Shark Tank went very well and he swam away a big winner.

"I have two great partners, Barbara Corcoran and Kevin O'Leary, they love the product.  Being on Shark Tank for a company, it's the Holy Grail for an entrepreneur" smiled Junior.
