Dallas Cowboys To Host St. Louis Rams In Oxnard

IRVING (105.3 THE FAN) - Last summer, the Dallas Cowboys' training-camp interaction with an opposing team was so violent - on the field and in the stands - that the Oakland Raiders' presence required a beefed-up effort by law-enforcement officials.
This summer, there will hopefully be a kinder, gentler atmosphere, at least among fans, when the Cowboys spend two days sharing their Oxnard, California, training-camp practices with the St. Louis Rams.
The Rams will work against Dallas in two days of practice, on Aug. 17 and Aug. 18. Those practices will take place between the Cowboys' first two preseason games, at San Diego on Aug. 13 and at San Francisco on Aug. 23.
