LANCASTER (CBS 11 NEWS) – New information is coming to light that involves Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant.

According to a police report, obtained by the CBS 11 I-Team, someone reported a man dragging Bryant's girlfriend from Bryant's car.

The incident allegedly happened in a Lancaster Walmart parking lot back in 2011. When police got there, everything was gone but the car.

But a short time later, two men showed up to get the car. Then Bryant drove up with his girlfriend Ilene Nash. Nash denied the assault report and said she just had an argument with someone who wasn't around.

Police determined there was no crime and everyone left.

So, why do we care now?

You may have heard the rumor about a tape showing Bryant in a negative light.

No word on whether that tape even exists, but while looking for the tape, we found out about this incident.

The Cowboys have denied knowledge of a tape.

CBS 11 has gone to Bryant's house and contacted his agent and publicist. Bryant wasn't available and no one has sent us any comment.
