DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — A patron shot a security guard in the leg after being asked to leave a Dallas club early Sunday morning, police say.

Dallas police said security asked several people to leave a club at 1311 Empire Central around 5:30 a.m. and got into an argument with one of the individuals. The suspect left, and then came back firing at the security guard, according to the department.

The security guard was taken to Parkland Hospital, and police said the suspect is still at large.

No other information was immediately available Sunday morning.
