She played for the Dallas Diamonds and Dallas Dragons women's football teams, but it was being called up to the Arizona Cardinals that gave Dr. Jen Welter another first in her career.
"I could not have dreamed big enough to imagine that this day would ever come" said Dr. Jen Welter on the day the Arizona Cardinals announced her as a pre-season coach.
She now brings that passion for life back to Dallas as the spokesperson for the Dallas 24 Hour Club. "I fell in love with the fact that it was a place where no matter what your past was, you could come here and get a brand new start" Jen added.
The 24 Hour Club is hosting a Celebrity Chef event this Sunday from 5:30-8 pm as a fundraiser for their "A Brand New Start" campaign.
