CEADR HILL (CBSDFW.COM) – The search continues for the man police say killed two people and is responsible for multiple shootings, a carjacking, a home invasion and possibly a kidnapping.

Investigators said they believe Sylvester Franco-Luviano is responsible for the crime spree.

Police said it began with Ruben Moreno, 33. They said he was found shot dead inside his Hummer just off of Spur 408 near the Grady Niblo Road overpass in Dallas.

Then, investigators said two different people reported a man firing shots into their cars in Cedar Hill.

He then traveled to a Texaco gas station in Cedar Hill, where police said he got out and shot Welton Betts, 44, killing him.

"No words can explain the way I feel right now," said Kelton Bailey, his brother.

Bailey said Betts was returning home after attending his first Dallas Cowboys game.

"A great family man. A great father, husband, brother. You know mentor. He was just everything," said Bailey.

Police said Franco-Luviano kicked Betts' wife out of the car and then drove to a nearby neighborhood. They said he broke into a home with the residents inside and took the keys to their Lexus.

Police in Georgetown, just north of Austin, said they found the stolen Lexus and said Franco-Luviano is a person of interest in a robbery and kidnapping that happened there from earlier in the day.

Investigators said the suspect is armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him should call 911.
