ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - The famous Dallas Cowboys logo will now be recognizable in the sky as owner Jerry Jones showed off his new way of transportation Thursday.

The new helicopter will be used as a means of getting around a lot faster and to avoid traffic jams and construction work during a hectic football season.

"It's a great tool for us to be back and forth from our stadium in Arlington and then to Frisco at The Star," said Jones

Jones said the chopper will make day-to-day business affairs easier on the staff.

"It's really a tool that will be used for the functioning of the franchise and the Dallas Cowboys in this area," said Jones.

The helicopter can comfortably seat eight to ten passengers.

Jones said he bought his customized chopper at Airbus Helicopters Inc. in Grand Prairie.
