ROWLETT (CBSDFW.COM) — A woman today was nabbed from a Wal-Mart parking lot in Rowlett -- but this evening her alleged kidnapper is behind bars.

Rowlett Police Department issued a regional kidnapping notification; 30 minutes later, the suspect's car crashed off I-30. Hunt County Sheriff's Department notified the Rowlett police that the suspect's vehicle had been involved in an accident in Hunt County. Sheriff's deputies then took the suspect into custody.

The Rowlett County Police Department said in a press release Saturday,

"At this stage of this investigation we are not releasing additional information on the case. One white male subject is in custody and will be charged with Aggravated Kidnapping."

The woman was kidnapped in broad daylight -- she is okay and with her family tonight.
