Construction Leading To Crashes In Fort Worth?

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth Police are pleading with drivers to be careful after four serious crashes on I-35W just north of downtown.

"I mean, potholes, the roads damaged, rocks are flying in people's windshields," explains Alyssa Walters who lives near the trouble spot.  "It's just gotten to be a big huge mess right here… and something needs to be done."

Other drivers cite small lanes and constant detours as reasons for the crashes.

Unfortunately, police don't have a solution other than to tell people to drive carefully and be safe.
