Collin County Commissioners Cut $240,000 In Library Funding

COLLIN COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - Collin County commissioners have voted to cut all county funding to its libraries -- about $240,000.
Library leaders said they weren't given a reason why and the move could devastate the rural branches in Celina, Princeton and Melissa.
Libraries are now rallying support for the next meeting in hopes that commissioners will reverse the cuts.
