MCKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) – A Collin County Judge sentenced Eric Quinones, 36, of Carrollton, to 32 years in prison without parole for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child Under Six.

In April 2008, Quinones began sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl known to him.

Soon after the incident, the child moved to Dallas County with her mother, and Quinones continued to sexually abuse the child.

The child ultimately disclosed the sexual abuse to her mother at age when she was 11 years old. A report was immediately filed with the Carrollton Police Department. The child provided details of the assaults to both the detective and also during a forensic interview to a representative of the Dallas County Children's Advocacy Center.

The jury returned a guilty verdict for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child Under Six. Judge Keith Dean then sentenced Quinones to 32 years in prison. He will not be eligible for parole. Quinones also faces continuous sexual abuse charges in Dallas County.
