Charges May Not Be Filed In Duncanville Police Officer Crash
DUNCANVILLE (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas County sheriff's investigators now say there may be no arrests or charges in the case of a crash involving a Duncanville Police Officer.
Early Thursday, they gave us the name of a suspect and even provided a mug shot from an earlier arrest.
By Thursday evening, they had backed away from that and will only say the investigation continues.
The crash happened Thursday morning along I-20. Duncanville Police were chasing a suspect in an unrelated case across the highway. The officer had positioned her cruiser in the east bound lanes to block traffic.
She's recovering at home tonight.
