CarMax Used Car Dealership Evacuated In Fort Worth After Suspicious Device Found In Vehicle

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - The CarMax used car dealership at 8400 Anderson Blvd. off of I-30 near Eastchase Parkway was evacuated Thursday afternoon.

Fort Worth Fire Department and bomb squad investigators were on scene after getting a call about a suspicious device found on the property.

The Fort Worth Fire Department said "some type of ordinance" was found in the spare tire compartment of a vehicle.

The incident was wrapped up with no one hurt around 2:30 p.m.
