ARLINGTON (CBS11) - The driver of a Greyhound bus who hit a stalled vehicle and killed a woman on I-30 will not face charges.

The crash happened early Sunday morning between Cooper and Collins after the SUV had crashed a short time before the bus came.

Monday, CBS11 learned the woman in the SUV who was killed was 28-year-old Torie Davis of DeSoto.

Police say they're waiting on toxicology reports on her.

More than a dozen people on the bus suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
