Body Of Missing Wylie Woman Found

WYLIE (CBSDFW.COM) -The body of a Wylie wife and mother who had been missing for a month has been found. Sunday divers recovered her body and car from a pond near her home.

Almaz Gebremedhin, left at 5 a.m. on October 5, from her home in the 1500 block of Windward and had not been seen since. Her husband called police and reported her missing.

Gebremedhin's family hired a private firm that started searching this area again. Local law enforcement didn't have anything.

Sunday that private team used sonar at the pond, and hit on the car.The private firm contacted Wylie authorities with their finding.

Many question are still unanswered for Gebremedhin's family. Wylie authorities aren't releasing many details.
