DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Dallas on Wednesday morning are investigating the death of a man on-board a Greyhound bus. The Dallas County Medical Examiner reported to the scene at the carrier's maintenance facility near the intersection of Continental Avenue and Riverfront Boulevard.

Lanesha Gipson with Greyhound stated that maintenance workers boarded the bus and found a locked bathroom door. They managed to get the door open, but then discovered the man's body inside. Authorities were called to the scene.

"We're doing an investigation to determine what happened," Gipson said.

The name of the victim has not been released. Police said that there are no signs of foul play, but the case is just getting started and more details could soon emerge.

The bus came to North Texas from Los Angeles, making stops in El Paso, Abilene and Fort Worth along the way. There has been no word yet as to how the vehicle got into the bus barn without anyone first noticing the body inside.
