Body Found Inside Submerged Truck In Trinity River

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Firefighters found a truck with a body inside beneath the murky waters of the Trinity River Tuesday evening.

Fort Worth firefighters said they weren't sure how long the truck was submerged in the water near Loop 820 just north of the Trinity River east of downtown Fort Worth.

It may have entered the river days ago.

Firefighters said they didn't know how the truck ended up in the river either. The fire department plans to pull it out by the end of the night, which should offer more of an explanation as to what happened and who the victim is.
