"Die Tote Stadt" is the operatic tale of a man's obsession with a woman he loved and lost. The cast features world-class performers like Jay Hunter Morris, Ann Petersen and Morgan Smith. Emotionally stirring compositions conducted by Sebastian Lang-Lessing and beautifully designed projections pull the audience into the mind of a man challenged by the memory of his deceased wife. Will he be released from the grip of memories' past in order to live again? Directed by Mikael Melbye, "Die Tote Stadt" is one theatrical performance that should be a must see for spring.

The regional premier of "We Are Proud To Present A Presentation About the Herero of Namibia, Formerly Known as South-West Africa, From the German Sudwestafrika, Between the Years 1884-1915," directed by Dylan Key, is a satire that surrounds a group of actors that are attempting to put on a presentation. There is a lot of research to be done for them to understand what it was like to be black Africans under German colonization. As they search for understanding, they explore the depths of their beliefs within the relationships of the group.

"Ropes & Stone" centers on a 40-year relationship of two New York artists. Stone is a music icon who retires to pursue painting. She considers resurrecting her music career as a storm rolls into New York, isolating her and Ropes in their loft to confront the next chapter in their lives. All tickets are pay what you can.

In the Southwest premier of this new Broadway comedy by Theresa Rebeck, Leonard, best known for being a grandstanding foreign correspondent, is a one-time celebrated novelist who is now a writing guru for four aspiring young writers. Leonard appears to be superior with a natural ability to rip prose to shreds. These young writers learn more about Leonard and so does he about his core values.
