The menu at Carmel centers around West Coast seafood fare from Carmel, California, and elevated Mediterranean specialties hailing from the Carmel Mountains near the Israeli city of Haifa. For Easter brunch (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.), Marshi will be serving items ranging from Mediterranean omelets to eggs benedict with crab cakes and beef medallions, breakfast mezze platters and shakshuka, a middle Eastern dish featuring baked eggs in a spicy tomato sauce with meatballs and feta.

Tillman's also plans to roll out a few Easter menu surprises, which will be revealed via Facebook nearer to Easter Sunday. Or if you want to indulge, go with the hangover platter. It's a massive feast for four people with Oaxacan eggs, chili lime hash browns, bacon, sausage, monkey bread, fruit and biscuits and gravy. Whatever you do, be sure to leave space for Tillman's famous tableside s'mores. Easter brunch will be served both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
