The restaurant is open from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. on weekends. There is also a full bar with a large selection of tequilas.

After running a successful restaurant in the Napa Valley area of California called PRESS, chef Stephen Rogers and Alison Yoder moved to Dallas and opened their own restaurant called Gemma, a New American styled eatery. The design of Gemma is refreshing for a Dallas restaurant and feels more like a coastal stop than a DFW diner. The restaurant even brings a California feel to the menu, with lots of seasonal vegetables as well as some tasty seafood. This is not just a California restaurant transplanted to Texas, however. With everything from bass to pork chops and steak to chicken porchetta, there is something here for all tastes. After dinner, don't skip over the dessert menu for even more tasty delicacies. Gemma is open from Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
