The People's Last Stand makes almost everything from scratch. In fact, the juices, bitters, syrups, infusions and even the mixers are hand crafted from fresh and local ingredients. All of these delicious flavors come together to create the variety of signature cocktails offered here. The fact that this spot puts so much attention into creating unique cocktails and creating flavors that are made in-house makes it unlikely that you will find drinks like this at other bars. Each drink is made with locally sourced ingredients when possible, giving it a fresh flavor. The bistro menu complements the flavors in the cocktails and about 90 percent of the ingredients are from natural and organic, local sources. Even the building is made from eco-friendly materials.

At The Standard Pour, you will find yourself outside of the normal bar scene. This spot has a vast selection of liquors and the menu of cocktails includes your favorite classics as well as some for unique and fun options. The cocktail menu also offers seasonal options so it's great in the summer or if you are looking for a holiday cocktail for the winter season. Some of the holiday offerings include a Toddy, Hot Bourbon Apple Cider and  Ginger Spice Nog. This bar is very toned down and offers a more welcoming atmosphere. The attire here is somewhat classier so this is not the place to go if you are looking for cheap beer and a ball game, but it's great for a nice cocktail and some good conversation.
