It also offers European grocery items and a restaurant that serves Hungarian goulash, cabbage rolls, borscht (Russian vegetable soup), German schnitzel, Siberian pelmeni (Russian-styled dumplings stuffed with ground pork, beef, onion and spices), Belarussian kolduny (stuffed pancakes), German sausage, beef stroganoff, meat and cheese blintzes, crepes, pickled vegetables and red caviar. Taste of Europe also offers Ukrainian pierogies that are stuffed with mashed potatoes with fried onions, cabbage pierogies that are stuffed with braised sauerkraut and served with sautéed onions and sour cream as well as sweet cheese pierogies that are dumplings stuffed with farmers cheese (tvorog) with a sour cream and dusted with powdered sugar.
