Different from what most people consider to be traditional "quiet" meditation, "Dynamic Meditation" reaches into a deeper part of your mind and body to bring out emotional, mental and spiritual blocks that have hindered creativity and clear thinking. This is not a typical meditation class. Participants wear blindfolds to help them focus without the visual distractions. Set to music and native sounds, participants jump, yell and move their bodies and arms. It is finished with peaceful sounds and music that encourages one to be different. This particular type of meditation is extremely effective in bringing out aggravation and helps create inner peace and promotes energy. Donations are appreciated. Parking is available behind the building.
