Bisous Bisous Patisserie
3700 McKinney Ave, Suite 150
Dallas, TX 75204
(214) 613-3570
www.bisous-bisous.com

By most accounts, Andrea Meyer's French macarons rate among the best in DFW. But until recently, you could only find them making the rounds at local farmers markets. Now, these heavenly delights, along with an assortment of French pastries, are available daily at Meyer's new pastry shop, Bisous Bisous— in Uptown's West Village. While Meyer's macarons may not be kosher, they are made without flour or leavening, making them suitable for most any Passover gathering. Assorted flavors like raspberry, Tahitian vanilla and salted caramel are standouts, but you can order custom flavors as well. If you really want your dessert to make a statement, order a macaron tower that can stand up to 10 tiers high.
