Behind The Smoke At Pecan Lodge
DALLAS (KRLD) -- On any given day, starting around 11 am, you'll see folks standing in line on Main Street in Deep Ellum in Dallas. What is all the waiting for? BAR-BE-QUE!
Justin and Diane Fourton are the owners of the Pecan Lodge. "We don't compare ourselves to other people or businesses, we are constantly comparing ourselves to the last best thing that we did" said Diane.
That drive has rocketed them in five, relatively short, years to a 4.75 rating (out of 5) in Texas Monthly's Top 50 Barbeque Joints issue. They were also featured on the television show "Diners, Drive-ins & Dives".
