FORT WORTH(KRLD) - Someone stole a trailer with a band's music equipment and then set the trailer on fire early last Friday. Fort Worth police have a suspect on surveillance they're hoping to find.

The Mike Ryan Band had rented the trailer and had all its equipment inside it at the Haltom City Industrial Park.

Early Friday morning, May 1, someone stole the trailer, took it to the 3300 block of NW 23rd Street and set it on fire.

The thieves stole nearly all of the equipment and police say someone tried to sell two of the guitars to Competition Music on East Lancaster Avenue later that day.

Police say someone who looks like the man in the surveillance photo also tried pawning a guitar at Cash America Pawn also on East Lancaster Avenue.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS.
