Arrest Made In Fort Worth Kidnapping Case

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - According to Fort Worth police, a man was arrested and charged with the aggravated kidnapping of a six-year-old girl who went missing early Saturday morning.
Police arrested Edis Moya Alas after he was found with the six-year-old in a wooded area at Titus Paulsel Park.
The girl was safely returned to her family Saturday afternoon.
Moya Alas was found to be in the country illegally according to the Immigration Customs Enforcement.
