On January 6 of this year, a woman was stabbed in downtown Dallas that morning after leaving a train at the Pearl Street station. The assault happened at about 5:30 a.m. just after the woman walked off of a train. Her attacker exited the same train from a different door. He walked past the woman, but then turned and came after her from behind, fleeing the scene on foot.
