Toyota i-Road

I have had the honor to drive a NASCAR at Texas Motor Speedway, fly the Fuji Blimp and even ride with the Navy's Blue Angels.  However, nothing prepared me for the test drive of the new Toyota i-Road this week.

"You just had a chance to drive a one of a kind car, it's a small compact ultra cool electric vehicle.  It goes about 35 mph, takes about three hours to charge and it goes about 30 miles on that charge," said Jason Schulz of Toyota.

The Toyota i-Road has three wheels but leans into turns like something out of the movie Blade Runner.  "You'll notice when you drive the car it has this fluidity of motion kind of like that back and forth like skiing or flying," Schulz added.

JD Ryan got the chance to drive it Around Town!
