Arlington Police Looking For Lottery Ticket Looter

ARLINGTON, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) — The Arlington Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying a lottery ticket looter's identity.

Police said the suspect has stolen tickets from multiple convenience stores in the city.
