Arlington PD Respond To Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - The Arlington Police Department is in search of a suspect that was involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident Saturday in the 1800 block of E. Park Row Drive.

According to police, a vehicle was traveling westbound on Park Row Drive when it struck a pedestrian in the roadway.

According to witnesses, the pedestrian was crossing the street when he was struck, and the driver of the vehicle did not stop and fled.

The man that was struck was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

According to witnesses, the vehicle is described as a small light-colored Sedan with a broken front windshield.

The vehicle was last seen in the area of Park Row and Browning according to police.

Arlington police are seeking the public's help in locating the driver of the vehicle. If anyone has any information, the police are asking that they call crash investigator Brent Mayorga at 817.459.5635 or anonymous callers may contact Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817.469.8477.
