PLANO (1080 KRLD) - Another major company is in negotiations to set-up shop in North Texas, bringing thousands of potential jobs to the area.

The Plano City Council has approved millions in incentives to draw Liberty Mutual Insurance to Collin County.

Boston-based Liberty Mutual will join Toyota and FedEx in the Legacy West development near the Dallas North Tollway and Hwy 121.

The City of Plano incentive package includes $5 million in grants and a 10-year property tax abatement on part of the value of Liberty Mutual's planned 900,000 square foot office park.

Construction is set to be complete in 2017.
