Waxahachie Police: 17-Year-Old Girl "Left On Her Own Free Will"

WAXAHACHIE (CBSDFW.COM) — The Amber Alert for Victoria Helen Upchurch out of Waxahachie has been discontinued.
Waxahachie police say Upchurch has been found and is safe. They say she left "on her own free will and was not abducted."
Waxahachie police say her parents were concerned for her safety after she did not come home from a sleepover. Police say her parents thought an ex-boyfriend, Chance Foster, may have abducted her and and a text she sent Sunday morning "raised concerns for her safety."
ORIGINAL POST: An Amber Alert has been issued for Victoria Helen Upchurch, 17, on Sunday.
The Waxahachie Police Department is looking for Chance Casper Foster, 18, in connection with her abduction. Police say the suspect is driving a red 1998 Pontiac Firebird with Texas license plate BWR0285.
Police say the suspect was last heard from in Waxahachie, and Upchurch has been missing since 6 p.m. Saturday, according to a post on the department's Facebook page. Police say Upchurch may be headed to Corpus Christi, according to the post.
Upchurch is described as 5-feet-6-inches tall and 127 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a pink shirt with "Life" printed on it in black letters, blue jeans and tan knee-high boots. She has a birthmark on the right side of her neck.
Foster is described as 6-feet-2-inches tall and 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
