Alleged Garland Starbucks Armed Robber Caught

GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) - Garland Police have identified and arrested 32-year-old Michael Buonassissi of Dallas for the robbery at the Starbucks in the 2100 block of Northwest Highway on November 19th. Video of the incident was made public this week.
Police say investigators followed up on a Crime Stoppers tip and were able to identify Buonassissi as the robber in the video.
Buonassissi has been charged with aggravated robbery and is currently being held in the Dallas County Jail.
Bond is set at $50,000.
Police say Buonassissi pointed a handgun at an employee and demanded money from a register.
