COLLEYVILLE (CBSDFW.COM) - A man accused of helping to stalk and kill a woman in Colleyville has been released on bail.

Bernard Gorman is facing murder charges in the brutal death of 72-year-old Anita Fox.

Fox was killed last September, her body was found in a house in Colleyville where she worked as a housekeeper.

Investigators say that 26-year-old Bernard Joseph Gorman of Houston helped his father Gerard Gorman kill Fox.

Colleyville Police say that the father and son were looking to collect on a $1,000,000 life insurance policy they had taken out on Fox.

"What we have specific to our case, is we believe that they had a connection to an insurance policy that was issued on Ms. Fox, and their intent was to kill her, and somehow collect from the proceeds of that money. I mean… their motive was greed." Colleyville Police Chief Mike Holder said at a press conference in February.

Gerard Gorman was found dead in a Houston area hotel in January. Bernanrd Gorman was arrested in Florida in February. He was released from the Tarrant County jail yesterday after posting $500,000 bond.

Bernard Gorman is under house arrest in Tarrant County and his attorney says he has been fitted with a GPS ankle monitor.
