AA Flight Evacuated Due To Leak

PALM BEACH, FL (CBSDFW.COM) - American Airlines 1822, an Airbus A320 aircraft, evacuated passengers via emergency slides at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida at 2:40 p.m. Thursday according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

The aircraft was on Taxiway C at Runway 10 Left when the crew reported that fluid was leaking from the aircraft and they evacuated.

Runway 10 Left is closed and the airport bussed passengers to the terminal.  

No word on any injuries.

The flight was headed to Philadelphia International Airport.
