A Great Workout Song For The Holidays

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - The holiday season is a wonderful time of the year for most people, getting together with family, loved ones, taking some time off from work, and above all eating great food... a lot of great food! If you are one who prides themselves on staying in good shape by exercising and may be looking for a good "workout song," I have just the one for you.

Produced by a group called C+C Music Factory (whose principal performers were record producers) and known for their electronic dance music hits of the 1990s, this song was released about three years ago. Not one played on commercial radio that I know of (more Sirius XM on the electronica music channels), but it qualifies with what the late Dick Clark would say, "It has a good beat and you can dance to it!" Well add to that sentence, "and you can exercise by it!"
