5 Value Picks To Win Super Bowl 50

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) -- With the NFL offseason nearing its end, it's time to do what fans do best -- speculate wildly about the season.
Will the Seahawks return to their third straight Super Bowl? Can New England possibly repeat?
Las Vegas has spoken on who they believe will win the Super Bowl.
Let's eliminate emotion -- and thus the Dallas Cowboys -- and identify the five teams with the best betting value to win Super Bowl 50.
Pittsburgh Steelers: 25/1
Who led the NFL in passing yards last season? Not Andrew Luck. Not Peyton Manning. And not Tom Brady.
The answer is Ben Roethlisberger, who threw for a career-high 4,952 yards (tied with Drew Brees).
His passer rating was 103.3, the third best mark in the league behind Tony Romo and Aaron Rodgers. Add in a breakout star in RB Le'Veon Bell, and you've suddenly got a dominant offense in Pittsburgh.
Don't sleep on Roethlisberger and head coach Mike Tomlin. They've been there before -- and they've won.
Cincinnati Bengals: 33/1
What's the most difficult part of winning the Super Bowl? Making the playoffs.
Once you're in, anything can happen.
The Bengals have made the postseason in four consecutive seasons. Eventually, they'll break through.
Don't buy the storyline that Marvin Lewis, who is 0-6 in the playoffs, can't win. It's almost a certainty that he'll get there.
New Orleans Saints: 40/1
The NFC South was terrible last season with Carolina winning the division at 7-8-1. It's not inconceivable that a .500 record could win the division in 2015.
If that's the case, take the dynamic duo of Drew Brees and Sean Payton.
The Saints have the 5th easiest schedule in the NFL next season and close the season with Jacksonville and Atlanta.
A division title would give New Orleans a home game in the Wild Card round. Expect just that.
Minnesota Vikings: 50/1
Adrian Peterson appears to be locked in with the Minnesota Vikings -- at least for now. If he's there, Minnesota is a legitimate threat.
Mike Zimmer worked wonders with the Vikings defense last season, improving the team from 31st to 11th in points allowed year-over-year.
If Teddy Bridgewater improves as expected in his second season, the Vikings could be a force to be reckoned with.
At 50/1, that's a risk worth taking.
San Diego Chargers 50/1
Running back Melvin Gordon has been dubbed the favorite to win the NFL's Rookie of the Year award. Place him alongside Phillip Rivers, and suddenly you have a dynamic offense to compete in the AFC West.
This could be Rivers' last season in San Diego. It could also be the Chargers' last season in San Diego.
How's that for a storybook ending?
