IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) - An Irving husband and wife on the verge of divorce are found dead inside their home along with another man.

Investigators say the husband pulled the trigger in what has been ruled a murder -suicide.

Irving police received a 911 around noon Wednesday regarding a shooting in the 3800 block of Rainier Street.

Along with the three victims, three other people were inside the home at the time of the shooting – including two 16-year-old teenagers.

Officer James McLellan said those three individuals in the home were unharmed.

According to police, the husband and wife were in the process of going through a divorce.

Wednesday morning, Jose Salas, who lives across the street, saw his neighbor for the first time in weeks. He had suspected he had moved out and went over to ask how he was doing.

"I asked him, 'Are you okay?' He said sure," explained Salas. "But I (saw) his eyes were real mad."

Before Wednesday, Irving police confirmed it had never been called out to the couple's home on any prior domestic violence concerns.
